BOOKING PROCEDURE |

The first thing is to establish whether the dates you wish to stay in this property are available. The calendar above is always kept up to date but I would always recommend making a quick call or sending a quick email confirming availability. |

If your dates are available and you are happy with the quote provided you will be required to complete a booking form and pay a deposit of £200 / US$300 to confirm your dates. |

Confirmation will be mailed to you once your booking is confirmed. |

8 weeks prior to your arrival at the property, you are asked to pay the balance of your rental plus a security deposit of £200 / US$300. |

Security deposit |
The security deposit is held as cover against any accidental damage being caused to the property or its contents. The security deposit will be returned in full following the return all house keys and a satisfactory report from my locally based managing agent. |

Villa details |
Once the full payment has been received, you will be sent all the villa's details which include all driving directions, codes for obtaining the keys as well as various other bits of useful information. |
