STEP 1 |
If you have dates in mind for your vacation, have a look at the availability calendar and see if they are available. Even if the dates don't appear to be vacant, get in touch as availability is changing all the time. If the dates you want are shown in blue or green then please get in touch for a quote. |
STEP 2 |
If you find the dates are available and you wish to proceed with your booking, make a quick call or send a brief email notifying of your intention to book the property. At this point, the property will be reserved for 3 working days to allow for delivery of the booking form and deposit. |
STEP 3 |
A booking deposit of £200/$300 is required to reserve the home for your dates. We also require a completed booking form. The booking form can either be emailed to you or we can pop it in the mail. Remember, we allow 3 working days for delivery of the deposit and booking form. |

Once we have received your booking form and deposit, the dates are yours. You will not be affected by any price rises or increases in taxes. |

We will then send you confirmation of your booking. |
STEP 4 |
8 weeks prior to your arrival at the property we would ask you to pay the balance of the rental plus a security deposit of £200/$300. The security deposit is fully refundable upon a satisfactory inspection from my local managing agent. |
STEP 5 |
3 weeks prior to your arrival at the property, we will email and post you all the details of the property. These will include directions to the home, codes to obtain the keys and contact details of the property and managing agent. |

BOOKINGS MADE WITHIN 8 WEEKS OF ARRIVING AT THE PROPERTY REQUIRE FULL PAYMENT TO BE MADE WITH THE BOOKING FORM. |
